Before you redeem, a few points to consider:
- Each token carries one signet ring and can be redeemed once only.
- A redemption is permanent. Once a token has been redeemed it cannot be redeemed again, by you or by anyone who acquires it afterwards, and the signet ring belongs to the wallet that redeemed it.
- It is the responsibility of the holder to provide Asprey with the correct ring size. Asprey will not be held accountable for incorrect sizes and cannot accept a return or offer an exchange.
- Asprey is unable to accept refunds or exchanges of the redeemed signet ring. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- If you would like any additions such as engraving or addition of stones, please contact Asprey Studio prior to confirming the redemption. Asprey reserves the right to charge an additional cost for bespoke services.
- There are new styles coming, and limited editions from partners and artists.
- Delivery is charged separately and will be quoted to you before your piece is dispatched. Shipping, duties, import taxes, VAT and any local charges are your responsibility.
