Privacy notice
How Provatek handles your information when you use this portal.
Draft. This notice has not yet been reviewed by Provatek’s solicitor and will be replaced before members are invited.
Who we are
This portal is operated by Provatek (provatek.io) on behalf of Asprey Studio. Provatek is responsible for the portal and the information it holds. Asprey Studio makes and dispatches the pieces you redeem.
What we collect
The wallet addresses you sign in with. An email address, if you choose to add one. The delivery name, address and phone number you give for a piece. Your choices for a piece, such as size and metal. The date, network address and browser of actions on your account, kept as a record of what was done and by whom.
Why
To confirm you hold or redeemed the token a piece belongs to. To make the piece and send it to you. To tell you when it moves, if you have given an email address. To keep a record of redemptions, which cannot be reversed, and of changes to where a piece is sent.
Where it is kept, and who else sees it
Data is held in the United Kingdom. The services that process it are Vercel, which hosts the portal; Neon, which holds the database in London; Amazon Web Services, which sends email; and the blockchain data providers Alchemy and Xverse, which receive only wallet addresses in order to read what they hold. Asprey Studio receives your delivery details and choices in order to make and send the piece.
How long
Redemption records and the history of delivery addresses are kept permanently, because a redemption cannot be undone and the studio must be able to say where a piece was sent. Sign-in codes are deleted when used or after fifteen minutes.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted where the record is not one we are required to keep. Write to Provatek at the address below.
